REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Territory Outfitters only offer refunds if you have received a damaged or defective item. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so let's discuss a store credit!
Please send an email to territoryoutfittersaus@gmail.com and we will direct you on how to return your item. Once we have received and processed your order back through our warehouse, we will issue you with your unique store credit via email.
Notice for return of item must be made within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and with original condition.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed & shipped. All parcels are processed through Australia Post with tracking.
As mail is a little slower here in the Top End, interstate purchases, please allow up to 12-14 days for package to arrive.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
Not yet! But you will soon be able to find our gear in local store around Darwin NT. We'll update these FAQ once we're sorted.
